Ingredients: (serve 2)
- 2 vegetarian sausages, sliced
- 6 fresh mushroom, sliced
- a bit of white sesame, toasted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1/2 medium lemon
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Method:
- Heat the oil. Stir fry the sliced sausages and mushroom till fragrant. Turn off the heat.
- Add lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon powder and sea salt. Stir and mix well.
- Sprinkle white sesame and serve.
