Vegetarian Sausage

This is best served with rice.


Ingredients: (serve 2)
  • 2 vegetarian sausages, sliced
  • 6 fresh mushroom, sliced
  • a bit of white sesame, toasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 medium lemon
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

Method:
  1. Heat the oil. Stir fry the sliced sausages and mushroom till fragrant. Turn off the heat.
  2. Add lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon powder and sea salt. Stir and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle white sesame and serve.
